Recreating A Vintage Photo Booth

Hello Restoration Friends!
How would you like to recreate a vintage outdoor scene or photo booth area for your wedding guests?  Well, with the help of Restoration Rentals, it is SUPER easy and oh-so cute!  First we will take this inspiration picture from a 1920's vintage shoot on www.ElizabethAnneDesigns.com and we will recreate it using Restoration pieces...

As you can see it features a vintage style cream couch, some crates, suitcases, trunks and a vintage framed mirror.  And don't forget the coffee table in front.  Here are some suggested pieces from our inventory to create a similar- yet uniquely "Restoration" version ...

This photo features our green settee, linen chairs, some cool wire baskets, one of our open faced frames and the vintage hutch.  The hutch would be an awesome place to store your props like hats, glasses and other items for your guests to play with.

For those of you who want an actual photo wall, here is an inspiration picture and link of how to DIY from Ruffled Blog!  So cute and not too difficult.  But remember, if you choose this route, be sure to mix and match with some vintage seating for your guests!

We hope you found these tips helpful and if you would like more information on our
new photo booth package or any other design tips for your wedding or event, email us at RestorationRentals@gmail.com!
Happy Planning!!!

Event Decor: Old Ladders

Hello Everyone!
We have recently acquired a ladder from a barn in Lenoir City.  This piece is VERY OLD, but new to us, and we are so thrilled to use it in some of our upcoming events.  It's  heavy duty, hand-carved and stands about 10 feet tall.  This piece will look great beside a gift or guestbook table, or even hanging over the "head table" at a family style wedding.  Here are a few inspiration pictures from good ole Pinterest on how you too can incorporate vintage ladders into your next event!
Happy Planning from the Restoration Gals!

This ladder is used as overhead decor above dining tables~SOOO CUTE!

The ladder pictured here is used as a decor piece with the "family tree" and sparklers for the couple's exit.
Last but not least,  here are some mini-ladders used as a display for seating place cards...the ideas are endless!
Thanks Pinterest:)
